We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support our Nonfiction team based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to pivot when necessary. This role will juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This will be a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone who is proactive and solution-oriented.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the Nonfiction Director as well as the wider Nonfiction team with complex calendar management, travel and expenses, maintaining an agile approach to changing needs and priorities.
Schedule and confirm meetings both internally and externally and often with creative talent.
Coordinate logistics / technical set-up for content partner meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally for Netflix executives.
Administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports, file management, etc.
Communicate to relevant stakeholders internally and externally.
Work collaboratively with Assistants in our wider EMEA teams and UCAN.
Be the team's go-to person for tools for both internal and external systems.
Manage the submissions process, including logging and liaising with readers and translators
Support the team with ad hoc projects such as building presentations.
Work on building and running offsites
Supporting on events, including managing guestlists
Liaise with high-profile talent and coordinate gifting for partners.
Qualifications:
Substantial experience as an assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives in a corporate or production environment, a media background is a plus but not essential.
Team player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
Demonstrates flexibility towards work such as responding after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters.
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly.
Fluency in German and English is required for this role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
An interest in new technology tools/AI and how to incorporate them into ways of working
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Mail.
