Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to gather business requirements, design ServiceNow TPRM solutions, and support implementation across the third-party lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, security, procurement, and ServiceNow technical teams to deliver scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow TPRM implementations.
- Conduct workshops with Procurement, Vendor Management, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Configure and support ServiceNow TPRM modules in collaboration with developers.
- Define and optimize third-party onboarding, assessment, due diligence, issue management, remediation, and offboarding processes.
- Configure questionnaires, assessment templates, risk scoring models, and workflow automation.
- Design integrations with external security assessment tools (e.g., SecurityScorecard, BitSight, OneTrust, Archer, etc.) where applicable.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.
- Prepare functional design documents, BRDs, FRDs, test cases, and training materials.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.

- Experience in banking, healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred.
- ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Implementation certification – Preferred.
- CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification is an advantage.
