Purpose of the role
- Responsible for processing deal validation, settlement, confirmation and other daily operatoins for all market products
- Prepare and submit local regulatory reports and HO reporting
Support the regional projects such as system development or the process improvement
Job Resposibilities:
- Understand the department’s strategy
- Reduce the administration cost by streamlinining and automation in operations
- Deliver extraordinary service customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations
- Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and various departments including but not limited to Operations to seek advice and support in relation to transactions.
Perform prompt and accurate deal affirmation and settlement service to customer. - Manage to be punctual on money shift cut-off time for different currencies of domestic/overseas nostro account, and manage to keep balance
- Perform multi-tasking capabilities in daily F/X Customer transaction and settlements booking process, as well as administrative skills with involvement of all transactions in accordance with local compliance rules.
- Prepare regular reports including but not limited to, exceptional handling reports, incident and overdue reports.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines

[Preferred Qualification]
- Experience in Bank or financial institutions (Treasury operations)
- Basic knowledge about various products such as FX, MM, OTC derivatives, securities and bank accounting
- Proficiency in Japanese
- Advanced Microsoft office skills(complex formulas, data analysis, etc.) and
- Experience in VBA/Macro development
