We are looking for an analytical, detailed-oriented analyst to improve reporting processes within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Risk Reporting. This role ensures accurate, timely risk data for stakeholders including the Chief Risk Officer, Americas Risk Officers, and Risk Committees. You will uphold governance standards and monthly controls while developing reports with Tableau and Wdesk in a dynamic environment. Working closely with the ERM Risk Reporting Director and team, you will maintain reporting standards, data controls, and drive continual process improvements.
Major Responsibilities:
Reporting Tools & Visualization
- Collaborate closely with Tableau Developers to create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports.
- Deliver clear presentations of data and insights using advanced Excel tools and PowerPoint slides designed specifically for risk managers and senior executives.
BAU Reporting Ownership
- Take full ownership of recurring BAU risk reporting processes, ensuring reports are delivered accurately, completely, and on time to key stakeholders.
- Support the production of key risk metrics and dashboards used by senior risk leadership for portfolio monitoring and governance forums.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline report generation processes, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Recommend and test enhancements to existing reporting templates and dashboards to better meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure reporting outputs comply with internal risk policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations, including BCBS 239 standards where applicable.
- Maintain appropriate documentation for reporting processes and support periodic review and audit requests.

Qualifications:
- Possess 3–5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Risk Reporting, with proven knowledge of credit risk concepts, regulatory requirements, and bank credit portfolios.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Tableau, including expertise with calculated fields, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, IF and CASE statements, and other advanced Tableau functions.
- Intermediate skills in Power Bi, Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward error detection, resolution, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to explain technical data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-stakes environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style.
