Purpose of the Job

Responsible to execute and monitor the Bank's strategic business projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with various departments to complete tasks, such as business analysis, reporting and projects.
• Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders within MUFG.
• Support and guide colleagues on complex Project Management issues.
• Prepare various reports including but not limited to Department performance (Balance Score Card) or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy.
• Support to review any prepared materials which are necessary to submit internally and externally.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Store documentation in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.
