Purpose of the role
Responsible for managing branch IT development item based on in-depth understanding of branch & RHQ strategy and initiatives and propose and promote strategic system initiatives.
Responsible for leading IT projects by cooperating with each counterparty in branch, region and Head office.
Responsible for supporting team leader by providing technical guidance and expertise on system development
Drive to implement new project & development item with an IT knowledge, industry trends and relevant laws & regulations
Working as a Senior Business Analyst of local systems to coordinate and deliver branch business requirements to local vendors & regional / HQ stakeholders.
Working with regional office, head office properly to support the implementation of regional projects at a branch level.
Contribute IT cost management both expense and investment.

Good communication skills with related counterparties within branch and overseas.
Job Responsibilities:
Based on in-depth understanding on branch & RHQ strategy and initiatives, propose and promote strategic system initiatives.
Based on branch & RHQ policy, establish systems and system platforms.
Perform and behave as a core member to realize above.
Deliver clear and accurate reports to the Branch, RHQ IT team leader & Head to enable informed and effective decision‑making within the organization.
Through efficient system operations and development, comply with the expense and investment budget and cut cost.
Minimize penalty cost close to zero because of system incidents and cyber security incidents.
Develop and provide products and services to fulfill needs from corporate customers of MUFG Seoul branch, and continuously improve them.
Take initiatives from system perspective to promote and realize initiatives of Seoul branch managements, other departments, and HQ divisions.
To realize advanced and efficient system operations and development, educate members and develop oneself.
Have close and intimate communications with branch managements, staff in other departments, and other stakeholders.
Share movements and trends on HQ policy and cyber security risk, etc., proactively.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience of managing IT development item and project management with fluent technical experience, especially on Market (Treasury) products
In-depth understanding of mid- to long-term IT technology trends within the financial business sector.
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements relevant to financial IT operations.
Experience with system infrastructure management, including databases, networks, servers, PCs, and server room environments.
Proficiency in outsourcing management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Expertise in cyber security, information security, and risk management practices tailored to the financial industry.
Basic understanding of VB (Visual Basic), .NET framework, and SQL.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, or English and Korean
Bachelor degree
