Web Data Analytics & Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user journeys, conversion funnels, and digital marketing campaign performance.
Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Design, build, and maintain automated, user-friendly dashboards in Looker Studio and/or Tableau to socialize key performance indicators (KPIs) with stakeholders.
Deep-Dive Data Exploration: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and blend data from various marketing and database sources.
GA4 Management: Act as the internal subject matter expert for Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring accurate event tracking, custom dimension setup, and data integrity.
Insight Generation: Cross-reference web data with business outcomes to identify trends, drop-off points, and growth opportunities for SEO, SEM, and paid media teams.
A/B Testing Support: Analyze the results of website experiments and landing page tests to provide statistical recommendations for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Web Analytics Expertise: Advanced, hands-on understanding of GA4 architecture, BigQuery exports, and the nuances of modern web data collection.
Data Visualization: Proven proficiency in building robust reports using Looker Studio or Tableau (ability to turn raw data into a cohesive visual story).
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) for querying relational databases and data warehouses.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent critical thinking skills with a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution modeling).
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, jargon-free recommendations for non-technical marketing teams.
E-commerce Platform Experience: Experience working with e-commerce data architecture and platforms, including familiarity with tracking dynamic cart events and purchase funnels.
