Are you a recent graduate or early-career engineer passionate about automation and technology? Join our Windows Platform Team and launch your career in engineering!
To be clear: this is NOT a day-to-day IT Support or Helpdesk role. You won't be resetting passwords or swapping hardware. Instead, you’ll focus on building smart automation—developing the software and tools that deploy and manage Windows and Active Directory at a massive scale for mission-critical communication systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Automating Windows Environments: Developing scripts and tools for automated installation and configuration of Windows Server and Client OS.
Active Directory at Scale: Learning to build automated solutions that manage complex, high-reliability Active Directory networks.
Writing Clean Code: Writing scalable scripts to make system management effortless, secure, and hands-off.
Agile Collaboration: Working alongside experienced engineers in a supportive, global environment where you’ll learn industry best practices every day.
Education & Mindset: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical/project experience).
Windows Familiarity: Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS (Server or Client) and basic Active Directory concepts (from university projects, labs, or personal setups).
Scripting / Programming Fundamentals: Understanding core programming concepts (variables, loops, logic, error handling). If you know any language (Python, Bash, C#, Java, etc.), we will help you master PowerShell!
Eagerness to Learn: A strong curiosity and drive to build automation rather than doing things manually.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have, Not Required):
(Don't worry if you don't know these yet—we will teach you!)
Modern Development Tools: Basic exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, or Agile methodologies.
Networking Basics: Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, or basic security concepts (like TLS/PKI).
What We Offer You:
Mentorship & Growth: Clear onboarding path with experienced senior engineers ready to guide you.
Real Engineering Experience: Work on mission-critical systems that directly impact real-world operations.
Tooling & Upskilling: Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade automation tools and modern DevOps practices.
In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way. Also, to reward your hard work you’ll get:
Competitive salary package
Private medical coverage
Employee Pension Plan
Life insurance
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
