The Learning Ecosystem Product Manager (LXP Governance & Intake Lead) role is responsible for protecting and scaling Micron’s enterprise learning ecosystem by ensuring disciplined intake, prioritization, and governance through the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as the primary interface layer.
This role does not operate at the platform level alone. It ensures that LXP governance and decisions are aligned to the broader ecosystem.
You will operate at the intersection of product management, governance, and enterprise learning systems, shaping how demand is managed, decisions are made, and how the ecosystem evolves in a controlled, value-driven way.
This is not a traditional learning role. It is a system control and orchestration role, focused on ensuring the learning ecosystem scales through structured, enterprise-aligned decisions.
This role does not operate at the platform level alone. It ensures that LXP governance and decisions are aligned to the broader ecosystem spanning:
• Skills architecture
• Career pathways and mobility
• Leadership development and behavior standards
• Workforce capability and talent strategy
