Manager, Security Products and Solutions
Overview
This role owns the end‑to‑end security product lifecycle in China — from market insights and product strategy, to go‑to‑market execution, and ongoing optimization — working closely with regional security product teams, sales, and cross‑functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
• Own the security product strategy and roadmap for China, aligned with global, regional direction and local market needs.
• Define clear product positioning, target segments, and value propositions for China.
• Act as the primary product owner for security products in China, accountable for product success and adoption.
• Enable sales and specialist teams with clear messaging, materials, and guidance.
• Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Specialist teams to drive product adoption and revenue.
• Support customer engagements, including key deals, escalations, and executive discussions where product expertise is required.
• Track product performance and adoption metrics, and continuously optimize based on results and feedback.
• Support pilots, launches, and scaled rollouts of security products in China.
What We’re Looking For
• 8–12+ years of experience in fraud management or product management.
• Proven experience owning products end‑to‑end, from strategy through execution.
• Strong understanding of the China market, including regulatory and ecosystem dynamics.
• Ability to operate independently and manage complex trade‑offs.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
