Madhive is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our marketing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for building a department clearly focused on accelerating go-to-market clarity to further drive sales team confidence and revenue upside. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The ideal candidate is able to work a hybrid schedule out of our NYC headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and own growth strategies, communications, and marketing content for all MadHive constituencies
Develop the vision for the MadHive brand in conjunction with internal operating groups and senior leaders
Hire, train, structure, and budget the MadHive marketing group for scale and success
Support the Client Success Organization, Product, and Corp Dev teams in their efforts to
develop revenue, features, and strategy
Design and develop materials for all internal groups to use with appropriate prospects and partners
Design and execute marketing campaigns to define MadHive’s unique values in a complex competitive environment
Plan,organize, and execute marketing events aimed at all MadHive prospects
Produce high-quality content and thought leadership for our customers, such as Market Surveys, Webinars, Whitepaper, Case Studies, Blog, Videos, etc.
Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, and assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators), and adjust strategy & execution to achieve goals
Continue to establish MadHive as a unique innovator and “brand” in the ad-tech space
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is desired.
10-15 years of professional marketing experience and at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
Must have deep knowledge and passion for streaming content and video advertising products and technologies; experience in enterprise/B2B software a plus

Proven experience hiring, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team
Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, strategy, social media, communications, business development)
Demonstrable experience in positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
The approximate compensation range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
