What role will you play?

As the Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a growing office. Acting as a central point of contact for the local team, you will provide administrative support across the office, including travel and expense coordination for senior stakeholders, processing invoices, office stock management, car parking coordination, and supporting general office operations. You will also assist with onboarding and offboarding activity, seating arrangements, technology requirements, office inspections, kitchen management, and event organisation where required. This is a varied role suited to someone who is a strong communicator and aligned to being the go-to person for a small but expanding office environment.

• Experience in a team assistant and office coordination role, ideally within a financial services or professional services environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities across team support and office coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships across the office.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the willingness to take ownership of varied tasks and support the smooth running of a growing Dubai office.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and the ability to stay calm and effective in a changing environment.
