Team Assistant - Asia Real Estate

Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Team Assistant in the Hong Kong office, supporting the Asia Real Estate team.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with potential conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for managing calendars in a fast-paced environment, coordinating domestic and international travel, including roadshows, and supporting event planning through venue sourcing and logistics coordination. You will liaise with various teams on events such as town halls and conferences, assist with filming and Workplace posts, facilitate internal communications, prepare reports, and maintain internal databases.

In addition, you will act as a key point of contact between executives and employees or clients, handle sensitive matters with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion, and support ad hoc projects as required.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience working within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills with good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable to different situations and able to interact with staff at all levels in a professional and confident manner
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of discretion and able to maintain and manage confidential information.
