Your Impact:The Industrial Engineer Staff (level 4) role will support production operations of the F-16 fighter aircraft. The individual will analyze sequence of operations, workflow, analytics, capacity measurement, and manpower planning to improve efficiencies at Greenville Site Operations. This individual will be relied on to be an expert for more junior IEs in the production operation.
What You Will Be Doing: • Conducts time studies and performs data analysis of the build process, production performance, cost control and reduction, and improvement opportunities using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and other analysis tools.
• On the basis of these studies, monitors the development and implementation of changes to schedule, cost, manpower, and workflow.
• Develops detailed work plans in collaboration with Operations Leadership team, using Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, OneNote, and Project.
• Establishes methods for maximum utilization of personnel. Facilitates continuous improvement activities and other projects as required.
• Lead projects to improve production processes and internal IE processes as required.
• Mentor other factory IEs

- Experience giving formal presentations

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing

- Experience with Precedent Diagrams
- New Program startup experience
- Experience developing resource capacity and manpower plans

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
