Description:Administrative Assistant supporting Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Test and Evaluation team at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. This position will provide administrative support to the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Senior Manager and team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meeting scheduling and support, office supply procurement, maintenance of team rosters and organization charts, travel arrangement and expense report review support, assistance with preparation of team briefing material, and new employee/visitor support. The candidate may also be asked to backup and fill-in for the site director's administrative assistant during absences.
Candidate must be a flexible and motivated self-starter who is able to perform duties with little or no supervision.
Basic Qualifications:- Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel, Power-point and Word
- Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules
- Experience greeting and hosting visitors
Desired Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience setting up, coordinating and running telecom meetings
- Advanced Excel including creation of pivot tables and metrics
- Experience with Concur expense reporting tool
- Experience with Lockheed Martin administrative systems and processes including LM Procure to Pay (P2P) system.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Effective time management skills, ability to organize and prioritize work assignments, attention to detail
- Experience collaborating with team members using tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Confluence
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $43,100 - $76,015. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
