THE WORK The candidate will have the opportunity to work across several development projects gaining experience in multiple environments. Contribute to the team by developing training curricula and products for the United States Navy. Design, evaluate, and update AEGIS and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) training course materials in compliance with Navy curriculum standards. Review existing training materials and procedures; recommend or implement revisions to ensure technical accuracy, usability, appropriate references, and adherence to quality standards. Provide training and support to subject‑matter experts and curriculum developers, including complete entry, configuration, and validation of LEAD curriculum database records.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
