Description:Responsible to leading the F-35 modernization program:
• Work in partnership with the customer leadership to develop the strategy to contract and execute advanced capabilities for the F-35.
• Lead the F-35 modernization team and integrate across F-35 BUs, LM Aero LOBs & Functions, LM BAs, and suppliers to deliver advanced capabilities to the warfighter.
• Provide thought leadership for effective and efficient proposal activities.
• Drive execution.
• Responsible for the orders, sales, and financial performance.

• Significant program Management experience developing and executing the strategies for working with internal and external customers; including with Military customers.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership.
• Experience managing & delivering government contracts.
Desired Skills:• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years relevant experience.
• PMP
• F-35 mission systems experience.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
