Description:This position in the Quality Ground Regulations
Assurance (QGRA) Organization. QGRA is a multifunction organization providing innovative solutions for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and aerospace industry customers.
Specific QGRA functions include:
Policy Surveillance & RCCA process, for Depot Operations, Aircraft Ground Damage Investigation, Foreign Object Debris prevention.
In this position the applicant selected will Review,
Analyze and Report on quality discrepancies related to raw materials, parts, assemblies, processes, and or systems.
Conducts process surveillance audits to evaluate
procedural adherence, documents findings and
provides statistical summary of collected data to
assigned program leadership and outside
organizations.
Investigates problems, analyzes quality data, reviews nonconformance disposition for accuracy and assists with corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
Responsible and accountable for coordinating
containment efforts, tracks nonconformance
documentation data for accuracy and trends, and
provides containment analysis to Quality Engineers for corrective action coordination.
Interfaces with manufacturing, quality,
engineering, and customer representatives to ensure requirements are met.
Assist with planning reviews and work order audits.

Basic Qualifications:-Experience analyzing data
-Experience reading and comprehending blueprints, engineering specifications and drawings, technical data and planning documents
-Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge
-Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
-Data analytics experience
-Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics
Desired Skills:-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
-2+ years of aviation quality experience
-Experience in project management and use of project management tools
-Effective communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
-Experience briefing senior leaders
-Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
