This role is responsible for uncovering net new upsell opportunity, expanding existing accounts, and delivering maximum value through our solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor and while expected to partner with your customers on utilisation and renewal discussions, you will also work proactively identifying and capturing new business opportunities across your book of business.
