We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing organization, focused on the Job Seeker audience.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Job Seekers, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the job search experience. You will develop compelling narratives around our products, deeply understand the needs and behaviors of job seekers, and influence product strategy through audience insights. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Communications, and Marketing teams to bring innovative, AI-powered experiences to market that help professionals navigate an increasingly dynamic world of work.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, researcher, and operator—someone who is passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into products, positioning, and experiences that drive meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
Define audience strategy, positioning, and messaging: Craft differentiated narratives that clearly communicate how LinkedIn helps professionals discover opportunities, make informed career decisions, and achieve better outcomes throughout their career journey.
Be the voice of the Job Seeker: Develop a deep understanding of job seeker needs, motivations, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research. Bring audience insights into product planning, roadmap discussions, and company strategy to ensure LinkedIn continues to earn and maintain trust with professionals worldwide.
Influence product strategy and roadmap: Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Research teams to identify unmet needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends. Use competitive intelligence, industry signals, and member insights to help shape product investments and prioritize experiences that improve job seeker outcomes.
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution: Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new features, products, and AI-powered experiences. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Communications, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption globally.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and adoption: Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, retention, and trust among job seekers. Partner with lifecycle, brand, and growth marketing teams to create programs that connect product value to member needs across the job search journey.
Evangelize the Job Seeker perspective: Serve as an internal and external champion for job seekers. Communicate audience insights, product strategy, and market trends across the organization, and help establish LinkedIn as the most trusted platform for career growth and opportunity.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for product marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of product marketing experience
3+ years of experience marketing consumer-facing digital products, preferably in a two-sided marketplace
Stellar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely distill complex technical information into digestible, compelling narratives to effectively present ideas.
Knack for visual communication, able to bring a compelling story to life in slides, being nimble and self-sufficient with deck design, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate many types of personalities and to establish cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact

The pay range for this role is $130,000 to $203,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
