Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. To supervise a team of ATEs performing the MFG activities
2. To monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations with Team Leads
3. To manage daily morning meeting.
4. To manage and purchase spare part to support production tooling/equipment build . e.g. Tooling for Technician etc.. with Team Leads
5. To manage W001 location, Internal / External Audits and EHS matters and 5S audit.
6. To work with HR on recruitment related issues.
7. To work on training assignment for new ATEs / current ATEs with Team Leads
8. To manage Shift Roster and clear TMS Exceptions for production technicians.( clock in/out Discrepancy etc..) with Team Leads
9. To assess Handler and Material ETA and to commit ship date to MS
10. To support inhouse division/customer escalation due to shipment related issues.
11. To work with the Planner/Buyer/Engineering / Ware-house / IT and Production leads to resolve daily build issue to meet quality and on-time delivery with Team Leads
12. To monitor ATEs cross training progress with Team Leads, eg: ACE Certification
13. To achieve 100% OTD
14. To follow up on VBP (Video Based Procedure)
15. To be involved in FQRB process and take ownership for MFG AR
16. To execute CT reduction and also follow up on Power BI data accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in any technical field
