Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) for Swift/Altair Manufacturing to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Plans and administers manufacturing procedures and budgets.
Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
Selects, develops, trains and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirements:
Min Diploma with preferably 3-5 years of related job and supervisory experience. Related industry experience will be advantageous
Analytical skills to resolve technical problems and perform data analysis. Optics knowledge is advantageous
Excellent communication, cross-function collaboration, teamwork, presentation, and people skills are required.
This role involves managing a team that starts work at 6:00 AM; flexibility to provide occasional early morning support is required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 1 years
