As an integral member of the Treasury Management (TM) Corporate Bank Sales team, the Lead Client Manager collaborates to acquire, expand, and retain business clients with treasury management needs. This role serves as the “first point of contact” for customer service needs, inquiries, or problems, ensuring clients receive a full and effective after-sales experience.
Essential Functions
Portfolio Analysis & Growth
Lead campaigns, identify leads, and develop relationships for cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Administer KYC, compliance, and documentation processes for new and growing client opportunities.
Servicing Operations & Risk
Lead proactive servicing campaigns and change management across client portfolios.
Prioritize and fulfill client servicing requests using provided tools and resources.
Lead continuous improvement (CI) opportunities and initiate pilots, projects, and initiatives.
Process / Risk / Execution
Apply risk management knowledge to diverse situations.
Take personal responsibility for assignments and decisions.
Pursue continuous personal growth and learning.
Evaluate emerging business situations and communicate actions effectively.
Form and manage effective teams.
Relationship Building / Customer Focus
Make sound decisions using business concepts and processes.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience
3+ years of banking or cash management experience.
Demonstrated success in a customer service environment.
Experience presenting to clients.
Certifications & Licenses
Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
Skills
Strong analytical and data mining skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
