Program Summary
KBR provides wholesale supply and logistics support, inventory management, commercial and government depot maintenance, and configuration management associated with the Enterprise Base Logistics contract.
Job Summary
Under minimal supervision, coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, and assemblies. Establishes and communicates completion dates for deliverables. Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and rates. Maintains related records. Stamps identify information and shipping instructions on containers. Contacts vendors by mail, phone, or visit, to requisition materials and verify or ensure shipment of goods on promised dates. Arranges for distribution of materials upon arrival. Inspects products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications. Works to meet schedules and support requirements to meet customer satisfaction. Resolves most questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher level of support. May assist in orientating and training lower-level employees. Performs all other duties as assigned. HS Diploma or Equivalent and Two years of directly related work experience. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
Roles and Responsibilities
This is an On-Site position not a remote work position.
Run the LOB Daily, print the pick tickets to support the program.
Responsible for coordinating weekly cycle counts, correct error with Supply Chain Managers, keep chart/slides updated.
Reviews inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied.
Support all functions of the Picking department, Picking, Comping, QC, Kelly Song Report
Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of daily production activities.
Responsible for establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.
Maintains inventories and completes records. Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all material.
Coordinates the organization's inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
Ability to work in an environment with constant priority changes.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
All other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Knowledge using Maximo is required.
Knowledge in Microsoft: Excel you must understand the core functions such as vlook-up of the software and have knowledge of a essential formulas that allow you to manage spreadsheets proficiently. PowerPoint must be familiar with basic functions such as how to create slides, save a presentation and add text. Outlook skills must have Create emails. Attach files to messages and Making appointments.
Good communication skills and Good Multi-tasking skills.
Safety Oriented.
High School Diploma and/or GED.
