Job Summary
The Project Lead is responsible for the successful execution of assigned project-level activities in support of ILS2 Task Order requirements, ensuring mission objectives are achieved throughout the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout. This role develops, manages, and executes Project Plans (PPs), coordinates Pre-Deployment Site Surveys (PDSS), supports resource planning, and oversees operational execution in alignment with Government requirements.
The Project Lead serves as the primary point of coordination for project execution, integrating logistics, facilities, platform, and mission-enabling activities while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with mission priorities. Through proactive management of risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement, the Project Lead contributes to successful project delivery across the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.
This position is contingent upon award of the contract.

For Hawaii Applicants: The expected salary range for this position in Hawaii is $127,800 - $191,700. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, work location, and other job-related factors. This range is provided in accordance with Hawaii pay transparency requirements and applies to candidates working in Hawaii.
