KBR is looking for Scaffolder I who is responsible for erect and dismantle scaffolding to provide work platforms and handrails or temporary structures such as stages, seating and catwalks for execution of maintenance work within SATORP plants.

Responsibilities:

• Check the requirements from drawings and written instructions from supervisor, select the required materials and set the ground levels.
• Assemble and fit together steel pipes, support beams, support braces and clamps to form bases for scaffolds.
• Use frame/section to lift and position section/frame of scaffolding and blot pipes together to build up scaffolding equipment.
• Place planks over beams to create safe working platforms.
• Use prefabricated scaffolding when available to save time and money.
• Dismantle and clean up scaffolding material at the completion of a job
• Housekeeping working after completed job.
• Must be aware of HSE rule and policy of SATORP.
• Proper knowledge about plant Hazard materials.
• Must know about PPE & it Use.
• Must know about planks color code system and “USE/NO-USE” Tag system.
• Attending the safety & technical training as per the schedule.
• Meet Competency Based Training programs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.

• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.

• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.

• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.

• Working under pressure and ability to resolve problems.

• Ability to working in a multi-cultural environment.

• Flexibility to live and work in KSA.
