Associate Consultant

Associate Consultants focus on tasks assigned by more senior team members and are expected to learn Kaleris software functionality and maritime terminal business practices rapidly through documentation, on-site assignments, and structured mentoring. This role embraces Kaleris standardized delivery methodologies and leverages AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-value, and contribute to a scalable, high-quality implementation practice.

• College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain)​

• Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred​

• Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting​

• Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis​

• Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers​

• Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements​

• Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation​

• Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution​

• Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets

• Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers​

• Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers​

• Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base​

• Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning​

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus​

• Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members​

• Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings​

• Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity​
