As a Client Service Associate within the Global Research & Data Query Client Service team, you provide prompt, value-added inquiry support and manage client onboarding and access across JPMM and vendor platforms. You lead Research Access and MiFID Research Access teams, ensuring timely resolution of client requests while adhering to risk and compliance standards. You partner with Technology, Product, and Business to digitize workflows, deliver proof-of-concepts, and improve the overall service delivery model.
