As a Vice President within the Trade & Working Capital Business Management team, you will be accountable for forwarding business management, strategic execution, and performance management for the Global Trade & Working Capital Product organization. Partnering closely with Trade & Working Capital Product leadership and stakeholders across regions, the role helps translate product strategy into measurable outcomes and coordinates cross-functional execution across Sales, Banking/Coverage, Technology, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Credit partners.
Job responsibilities
- Set and execute business management priorities for the Global Trade & Working Capital Product organization in partnership with senior Product leadership.
- Lead the annual strategic planning cycle, including roadmap alignment, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Run the operating cadence (leadership forums, business reviews, scorecards) and forward decision/action tracking to closure.
- Deliver executive-level financial reporting and insight-driven analysis to support business reviews, strategy discussions, and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee financial management activities (budget/expense, headcount/resource planning, and benefits realization) in line with business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by establishing governance, milestones, dependencies, and clear accountability; proactively manage risks/issues.
- Build and scale analytics capabilities using data, automation, and digital tools to forecast performance, monitor exposures, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop concise, executive-ready materials and narratives for senior leadership, including recommendations and decision points.
- Synthesize market, client, and competitive intelligence to inform prioritization, investment decisions, and product direction.
- Promote a solid control and risk discipline, including issue identification, escalation, and remediation tracking.
- Champion continuous improvement and automation to streamline processes, increase transparency, and strengthen execution.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Management, COO or Strategy roles.
- Excellent attention to detail; advanced ownership and follow-through.
- Advanced written/verbal communication and executive-ready presentation skills; ability to simplify complex topics into clear decisions.
- People leadership experience, ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team and promote dynamic collaboration.
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Governance mindset with experience partnering effectively across functions in a matrixed environment.
