Operations Analyst Program - Direct Custody & Managed Funds

As an Operations Analyst in the Asset Servicing Operations team, you will deliver asset servicing, transaction processing, and reference data support while improving processes and controls. You will rotate across Direct Custody and Managed Funds sub-teams to build end-to-end knowledge and strengthen your operational impact. You will use analytical skills and automation to solve problems, suggest improvements, and support client-driven and regulatory changes in partnership with operations, client-facing teams, product, change, and technology.
Job responsibilities- Complete control checkpoints, entitlement reconciliations, payments and securities disbursements, and beneficiary holdings reporting accurately and on time.
- Process transactions with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong control discipline.
- Review and update processes and procedures to reduce risk and improve the operating environment.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across operations, client service, product, relationship management, change, and technology teams.
- Analyze complex data, identify anomalies, and develop solutions to drive optimal outcomes.
- Support client-driven and regulatory initiatives by contributing to projects, metrics, and reporting.
- Manage a high volume of queries by owning responses and communicating clearly on status, deadlines, and next steps.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements using automation and disciplined project execution.
- Have 1 year of industry experience with day-to-day operations processing experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex issues.
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines and shared goals.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, including ability to prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate ability to validate inputs, identify exceptions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

- Demonstrate experience learning, documenting, and implementing new processes in a changing environment.

- Demonstrate experience supporting asset servicing in a custody or investment banking environment, including income or corporate actions processing.
- Demonstrate experience performing user acceptance testing for new applications.
- Demonstrate knowledge of market processes and requirements.
- Demonstrate experience participating in multiple process changes and enhancements.
- Demonstrate experience driving process enhancement initiatives using digital or automation tools (for example, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, or artificial intelligence tools).
