As a Sourcing Operations Manager in the Category Sourcing organization, you will report to the Global Head of Sourcing. You will consolidate existing pipeline, capacity, savings, and reporting activities into a cohesive management framework that enables faster, higher-quality leadership decisions. This role is integrative and execution-focused, operating through existing leadership to improve clarity, efficiency, and decision quality across the Sourcing function.
Job Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end visibility and reporting for the Sourcing contract pipeline
Lead capacity modeling and demand planning efforts to support prioritization and delivery
Establish and maintain governance frameworks for negotiated savings tracking and reporting
Consolidate and standardize management information used to assess Sourcing performance
Prepare monthly business reviews and decision‑ready updates for senior leadership
Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators across Sourcing activity and outcomes
Partner with Category Sourcing leaders to surface risks, trade‑offs, and decision points
Reduce duplicative and reactive reporting through disciplined data structuring and processes
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the Sourcing organization
Translate complex quantitative and financial information into clear executive‑level insights
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Minimum 7 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or analytics roles
Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including modeling and performance analysis
Demonstrated experience managing complex pipelines, financial data, or operational metrics
Proven ability to structure data, design reporting, and establish governance frameworks
Strong executive‑level communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to influence across senior stakeholders and partner functions without direct authority
Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations with complex decision environments
High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution discipline
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable, decision‑ready insight
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Experience supporting Sourcing, Procurement, or contract‑driven organizations
Familiarity with savings tracking, benefits realization, or commercial governance concepts
Experience preparing materials for senior management or executive committees
Background in financial planning and budgeting support
