Job summaryAs a/an Process Improvement Associate I – 601 in OEO (Home Lending), you’ll create clear, accurate Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Model and Notation (DMN) process models that document as-is and to-be workflows and support analysis, improvement, and automation at scale. You’ll work with us and with business and technology stakeholders to capture steps, roles, systems, inputs/outputs, controls, and pain points that enable operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You’ll also mentor junior modelers by providing reviews and coaching, helping the team deliver consistent, governed models and actionable requirements.
