Finance & Business Management - Senior Associate

This role reports directly to the Business Manager Vice President, which supports the Chief Financial Officer for Operations, Support Functions and Real Estate and will be responsible for helping deliver critical initiatives for the Chief Financial Officer and Consumer & Community Banking Operations Leadership team.
As a Senior Associate in the Operations, Support Functions and Real Estate team, you will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights into operational performance and key initiatives. Outstanding data analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills will be key.
Job responsibilities

Closely partner across teams to forward business analytics and support Business Management activities aligned to the Chief Financial Officer for Consumer & Community Banking Operations/Real Estate/Staff Functions Finance team.

Translate business demands to technical requirement and collaborate with analytics team.

Interact with business leaders and business managers to create executive presentations.

Serve as product owner for Business Intelligence tools supporting Total Consumer & Community Banking Workforce, Operations, and Real Estate.

Foster and manage book of work supporting new Business Intelligence tool build, partnering closely with dedicated Data & Analytics.

Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to ad-hoc requests.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Advanced problem solver with excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and technical skills.

3 years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm in one or a combination of the following areas: corporate finance, treasury, data analytics, or quantitative modeling.

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of technical peers including data and business intelligence development team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Proficiency in Consumer & Community Banking-wide Essbase data and Workforce Data Product.
- Proficiency with SQL in Databricks.
