As a Client Manager Project Finance Account Bank Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and relationship management to make a significant impact within our Project Finance portfolio, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions (”L&AS”) works with global clients with complex cash management needs who operates across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones, including multi-national corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.

Job responsibilities 

• Understand the business purpose and deal structure for new Project Finance Account Bank mandates, proactively identifying deliverables and challenges. 
• Interact with clients in a proactive and professional manner ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and client service
• Ensure deal information is set up on all operating systems and contractual obligations denoted including client access to electronic banking if required
• Ensure the account structure is properly and accurately implemented
• Act as the primary point of contact for the US and Latin America client base, providing strong customer service by responding quickly to client requests, offering solutions to client needs, and developing meaningful client relationships
• Partner with sales organizations to facilitate the retention of client relationships
• Provide support to sales organizations on new business prospects as required
• Ensure payments, administration and risk aspects of project finance related account portfolio are handled in accordance with contractual requirements and J.P. Morgan policies and procedures
• Seek opportunities to involve clients in key business initiatives
• Serves as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of client needs, and leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing product capabilities
• Understands client pain points and refines solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform future strategic direction

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrates Associate level experience in a similar role within financial services, supporting project finance, infrastructure and energy transactions in a banking or corporate trust environment
• Experience in account bank, agency, escrow, trust or similar contracts with strong administrative skills; ability to navigate and understand cash flow models, and other project related documentation
• Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis Highly motivated and ambitious Team Player experienced working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in independent decision making and problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent PC Skills including Word, Excel
• Compliance and regulatory experience
