What You Can Expect
As an intern in the 2027 China Seasonal Internship Program – Asset Management – Business Analyst, you will begin a 6-month program with rotation, our program kicks off with training and orientation to our businesses and you’ll gain the technical and practical knowledge so you can make an impact from the start.
The program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. Based on your individual performance and achievements, you may receive an offer of full-time employment upon completion of the internship program.
You will be placed in below teams for your 6 months’ Internship:
ESG: We partner with our global sustainable investing team to deliver ESG solution and products in China, while supporting client works, research and thought leadership initiatives on sustainable investing subjects.
About You
A strong interest in finance and asset management is essential, as are logical thinking and quantitative skills, flexibility, teamwork, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure and enjoy a collaborative environment. A well-rounded academic background is important. You certainly don’t need a degree in Economics or Finance, but a good level of numeracy is required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Be able to work for at least 3 working days per week and last for 6 months from July – December 2027
Holding the permanent right to work in Mainland China is required
Relocation assistance for flight and accommodation will not be provided
