As an Executive Secretary in our team, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and executive communications. Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and coordinate complex calendars for senior leaders
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring all logistics and communications are handled with professionalism and confidentiality
- Prepare, reconcile, and process expenses, invoices, and travel claims in line with company guidelines
- Arrange multifaceted domestic and international travel itineraries
- Communicate effectively with management and resolve issues using sound judgment
- Draft and edit high-quality, concise emails and correspondence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and administrative colleagues
- Update and edit Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as requested
- Support internal projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
- Proactively manage time away and ensure seamless backup support for executives

- Senior-level administrative or operational management experience in a large organization
