As an " Equity Research Professional” within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Track companies within the European (EU) Technology space.
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment valuation, leveraging advanced Excel and modeling skills.
- Develop financial forecasts under direction of the Senior Research Analyst and Portfolio Managers.
- Perform relative value comparisons across European Tech companies and peers.
- Support coverage initiation by assisting the Senior Research Analyst with analysis and investment materials.
- Generate timely macroeconomic, political, and company insights relevant to the sector and covered names.
- Identify new investment ideas and opportunities within the coverage universe.
- Evaluate existing investments through ongoing fundamental analysis, valuation work, and coverage maintenance.
- Manage interactions with company management teams and sell-side analysts as part of the research process.
- Collaborate and communicate with a global network of JPMorganChase Asset Management Technology analysts.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, intellectual honesty, measured investment judgment, and proactive teamwork in day-to-day execution.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a post graduate degree.
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant investment experience.
- Apply strong analytical skills and sound decision-making to investment research.
- Exhibit measured investment judgment, intellectual curiosity, and intellectual honesty.
- Communicate proactively and work effectively in a team environment.
- Operate in an EMEA shift schedule (1:30pm to 10:30pm).
- Sustain high motivation and a strong work ethic in a demanding research role.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Possess a CFA (preferred).
- Demonstrate prior Equity Research experience (preferred, ideally covering the Technology sector).
