As a Product Solutions Manager in Merchant Services, eCommerce Payments Products and Solutions, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
eRetail: Experience with, deep knowledge of and passion for eCommerce and retailing including merchandising, logistics, returns, endless-aisle, and/or omnichannel selling (B2C and/or B2B and/or Direct-to-Consumer)
B2B Solutions: Experience with, deep knowledge of and passion for the B2B solutions and professional services realm. Knowledge of how to optimize payments and billing for B2B and professional services companies, to automate and improve their billing and reconciliation needs, and how they leverage ERPs and other tools that our solutions must complement
Tech: Experience with, deep knowledge of and passion for a range of technology sub-sectors, such as Consumer Tech, Gig Economy, Marketplaces, Social Media & Video Gaming, and others. Understanding of how payments, subscription billing, and profile management enable these sectors to grow and thrive, and ability to adapt our merchant payments solutions for these clients.
Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment
Strong executive presence, very capable and comfortable communicator, confident in interacting with and presenting to varying levels of colleagues
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
MBA degree a plus
