The focus is on day-to-day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions. This opportunity is well-suited for someone stepping into their first formal people manager role or an early-career manager.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed
- Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks/issues to management
- Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness
- Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines
- Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients
- Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English
- 3+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience
- Proven experience leading a team is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to KPI tracking and basic workforce planning
