Commercial Banking International Onboarding Associate

As an International Onboarding Associate in Commercial Banking, you will join the Commercial Banking International Onboarding (CBIO) organization and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role that demands strong ownership and comfort with complexity. In this globally oriented position supporting International Onboarding Express (IOX), you will help lead international onboarding and product implementation for Commercial Banking clients, enabling them to expand into new markets. By shaping the initial onboarding experience—which helps set the tone for long-term client relationships—you will have a visible opportunity to strengthen your skills, accelerate your development, and make a meaningful impact on the Commercial Banking franchise.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage standard product implementation and account opening requests for international Commercial Banking clients, including supporting onboarding teams on cross-region implementation deals.
- Manage onboarding activities via phone, telepresence, email and in person with clients together with internal business partners
- Own and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure
- Provide subject matter expertise for international regulatory requirements, products, documentation, and services
- Responsible for informational ad-hoc inquiries relating to onboarding and product implementation
- Support global and regional onboarding initiatives to enhance client experience, operational and local regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in any combination of the following areas: operations, project management, accounting, technology, analytics, training, or process improvement, with exposure to client interactions. We value diverse professional backgrounds.
- Good organizational skills both personally and across working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (time management and attention to detail)
- AI Literacy: Understanding how to use Generative AI tools effectively, prompt engineering, and adapting these tools to enhance client experience.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment
- Strong communication skills, especially analytical, written and presentation skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency in languages besides English would be an added advantage
