As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking - Technology team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages with a firm grasp of fundamental web/internet relationships
- JIRA subject matter expertise
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Proven track record of experience in Networking and Infrastructure - firewalls and submitting requests vias ACM (Application Connectivity Manager)
- Familiarity with Akamai and F5 as it relates to PSaaS
- Working knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with static and dynamic code scanning tools and technologies
- Knowledge of ethical hack/penetration testing tools and technologies
- Familiarity with Open Source scanning tools
- Experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Jules
