Product Analyst – Access Reporting Team
JPMorgan ChaseThis role partners closely with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support day-to-day execution across connected channels and functions, ensuring work stays aligned from intake through delivery in a regulated environment.
As a Product Analyst on the Data Reporting, Analytics and Insights team within JPMorgan Access, you will support end-to-end product execution across APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, the JPMorgan Access web platform, and Client Management Support, helping translate product direction into clear requirements, actionable delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. You will help maintain operating cadence (planning touchpoints, working sessions, status updates), manage core execution artifacts (backlog hygiene, RAID/issues, dependencies, decision logs), and support disciplined release readiness, go-to-market coordination (communications, training, enablement), and post-release follow-through with technology, operations, and controls partners.
Job responsibilities
- Support product planning and roadmap execution by structuring inputs, organizing priorities, capturing trade-offs, and preparing materials that enable clear decisions, aligned backlogs, delivery checkpoints, and stakeholder communications.
- Support discovery and voice-of-customer efforts by gathering and synthesizing feedback into themes and problem statements, maintaining an intake view of recurring needs, and coordinating lightweight validation (e.g., demos or surveys) in a structured format.
- Support intake management and requirements definition by translating business problems into clear product artifacts, including user needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintained backlog hygiene.
- Own product documentation hygiene by keeping feature briefs/PRDs current (where used), maintaining decision logs and key assumptions, and ensuring traceability, consistency, and governance readiness from problem statement through outcomes and metrics.
- Support delivery and Agile execution by coordinating sprint planning inputs, tracking dependencies and progress, supporting delivery governance, coordinating UAT and readiness tracking, and preparing release notes, readiness artifacts, communications, and post-release follow-through.
- Support go-to-market and adoption by coordinating launch checklists, enablement materials, and release communications with partners to ensure readiness across Sales/Coverage, service and support, operations, and controls within the four-channel scope.
- Support issue triage by tracking and driving resolution of defects, incidents, and client-impacting items across the four channels, maintaining visibility into risks and issues, and coordinating inputs to ensure clear ownership and next steps.
- Support data and insights by assisting with instrumentation and reporting, analyzing usage and operational metrics, and summarizing insights and recommendations to inform prioritization and roadmap discussions in line with existing governance.
- Support stakeholder and client-facing coordination by preparing leadership updates, capturing feedback and requirement changes, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining consistent, timely communications across product, technology, operations, and controls.
- Identify continuous-improvement opportunities and drive workflow efficiency by applying AI appropriately to reduce operational friction across planning, delivery, and support.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge of core product lifecycle concepts (discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch, and measurement), with the ability to keep work connected from intent through execution to outcomes.
- Ability to support product execution across planning, documentation, issue triage, releases, testing/UAT coordination, and continuous process improvement.
- Strong written communication and disciplined follow-through, with consistent attention to detail.
- Comfort operating across a multi-channel product surface area, including APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, the JPM Access web platform, and Client Management Support, while keeping workstreams aligned without losing critical detail.
- Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear, structured artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight release-readiness checklists; comfortable partnering with engineering and QA to refine scope and validate outcomes.
- Proficiency with common delivery tooling (e.g., backlog and issue-tracking tools) and the ability to maintain core operating artifacts such as status reporting, RAID and issue logs, and dependency trackers.
- Analytical mindset, with comfort interpreting operational and adoption metrics and communicating insights succinctly to support prioritization and roadmap discussions.
- Ability to synthesize multi-stakeholder inputs into actionable next steps, communicating effectively across product, technology, operations, and controls stakeholders.
- Ability to support senior stakeholders and product leadership by preparing structured recommendations, briefing materials, and crisp updates for working sessions and governance touchpoints.
- Ability to leverage modern productivity and automation capabilities, including AI tools where appropriate, to improve workflow efficiency and quality (e.g., story drafting, requirements articulation, sprint preparation, summarization, and repeatable reporting).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with reporting formats such as MT, CAMT, and BAI2.
- Exposure to treasury or cash management reporting concepts, data insights use cases, or connectivity products.
