Lead Technical Program Manager – ICB

The ICB Technology Program Team sits at the centre of building this new venture, accelerating time-to-market for new products and strategic initiatives. We provide end-to-end program leadership across delivery, dependency management, and governance—removing impediments by coordinating across teams, driving timely stakeholder decisions, and maintaining alignment to the platform and product vision and roadmap. Our work is executed in Agile delivery models with integrated, cross-functional squads of product, design, engineering, and other technical specialists, focused on predictable execution and measurable outcomes.

SUMMARY OF ROLE/JOB DESCRIPTION –
The Lead Technical Program Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining the program plan; tracking milestones, decisions and risks; and managing communication between stakeholders, including third parties. You will be a hands-on contributor with strong sense of initiative and bias to action.
