Job responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of strategic plans into impactful programs and projects, applying project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across business units.
- Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments for successful outcomes.
- Build, migrate, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python to AWS Simple Glue Jobs within defined timelines.
Write and maintain documentation of technical architecture to ensure clarity and support for ongoing and future projects.
Identify opportunities for quick wins to enhance end-user experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering continuous learning and growth, and delegating tasks effectively.
Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and collaborating to resolve issues.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units, typically demonstrated through relevant experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.
- Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.
- Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, with the ability to use data to understand issues and opportunities, evaluate potential scenarios, and collaborate on strategy and priority development.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing, with experience in AWS and modern data warehouse platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, Simple Gluejob, and Data Analytics Tools.
