The Role
This is our first design hire in B2B SaaS team. There is no design system to inherit, no established component library, and no prior visual language. You will start from a blank slate and define how the product looks, feels, and behaves.
We are building an AI-native Customer Experience (CX) platform that helps companies manage customer service operations, automate workflows, and enable service teams with intelligent agents. This is not another ticketing system with AI features layered on top. We believe the future of customer experience is agentic, proactive, and deeply integrated into how service teams work.
You will design experiences for multiple personas:
This role requires someone who understands how complex enterprise software is used in the real world—high information density, multiple workflows, configuration-heavy experiences, and the need to balance power with simplicity.
The design decisions you make in the next six months will shape the foundation of our product for years to come.
