This is a position for Senior Product Quality and Reliability Engineer to sustain automotive and client products during the high volume manufacturing.
Drives the execution of product sustaining strategies to meet the quality and cost.
Develop, response and drives systemic reduction to Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) triggers in HVM.
Performs risk assessments, defines quality and reliability goals, and enables key decisions that affect product quality and reliability in High volume manufacturing.
Ensures class and burn in coverage meets requirements.
Interfaces with foundry, OSAT and development partners to ensure quality and reliability.
Analyzes customer returns and evaluates strategies to continuously drive improvements.
Analyzes early customer feedback with emphasis on driving generation over generation design improvements, manufacturing improvements, and test hole closure activities.
Monitors post silicon quality results and identifies areas for improvement.
Drives implementation of learning into future product designs and manufacturing processes.
Minimum qualification:
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics
5years+ in Product Development and Qualification of New Products in Semiconductor.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and equivalent.
Test and Reliability knowledge in Product Qualification will be added advantage
Semiconductor product ownership experience
Complex IC/CPU/device knowledge
Strong testing and failure analysis background
Customer issue investigation experience
Risk assessment capability
Cross-functional technical leadership
