The Role and Impact
Responsible in supporting customer reported Intel product quality and technical issues.
May require interacting with customer directly in certain circumstances.
Performing technical investigation on customer returns, conducting basic component and system testing, advocating customer concern to internal teams, working with Intel internal teams to determine root cause and corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problem.
Compose technical report for issue closure.
Responsible for establishing support of new product and drive improvement of the customer support process for existing products.
Minimum Qualifications
You should possess a bachelor or above in science or electrical and electronics engineering or computer architecture.
Basic technical knowledge in microelectronics, computer organization and architecture.
Strong communication skills in verbal / written and fluent in English speaking.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work with people from various geographies and/or countries.
Willing to work in a diverse environment where interaction will involve customer and internal counterparts from Malaysia, PRC, TWN, Japan and other geos.
