Assist with responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or CRM systems in a timely and professional manner
• Help guide clients through enrollment-related processes and documentation requirements
• Ensure accurate collection and entry of client information
• Support follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and completion of enrollment steps
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
Agent Support
• Provide administrative and operational support to agents during AEP
• Assist agents with application status updates, submission requirements, and system navigation
• Help resolve basic agent questions related to processes, platforms, and timelines
• Maintain clear communication with agents regarding missing information or next steps
Operational Support
• Enter and verify data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with tracking and reporting enrollment activity and progress
• Organize and manage digital files and documentation
• Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies or common issues
Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in a college/university program or recent graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and learning new systems quickly
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
