You will work alongside consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers to help implement and support client solutions. What you will do • Shadow senior team members and support solution implementation activities by reviewing client requirements, preparing documentation, and helping configure banking system components. • Analyze data, interfaces, and business processes to identify gaps, validate information, and support testing activities. • Coordinate with a team of 5+ professionals to track project tasks, document progress, and follow up on action items with internal teams and clients. • Use tools such as Microsoft Word/Excel, SQL Databases, Programming languages, and Communication platforms to organize information and support project delivery. • Produce clear documentation, accurate test results, and timely project updates that help deliver successful client implementations and meet project milestones. What success looks like in the first six months • Deliver accurate project documentation with minimal rework. • Complete assigned analysis and testing activities on schedule. • Build your industry eminence and be able to understand banking processes. • Contribute to project deliverables that are accepted by clients and project teams. • Build a strong understanding of banking products, implementation processes, and client delivery practices. Recently finished university or awaiting final results. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills when reviewing business requirements, data, and system outputs. Hands on knowledge of at least one modern programming language (python, java, .net) Be aware of enhancements in modern computing trends like Cloud and Artificial intelligence techologies, Learn new business applications and technology platforms quickly and apply that knowledge to project tasks. Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions with team members and clients. Demonstrable experience in building and deploying software solutions as hobby or professional projects. Knowledge of Relational databases and SQL based data manipulation Ability to work on command line tools like bash, powerscript etc and foundational knowledge of shell scripting Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up manual tasks Approach assignments with ownership, curiosity to learn, and accountability Pakistan Consulting Hybrid Internship Islamabad, PK
