The Project Manager position provides delivery and project support for HR BPO operations, including Talent Acquisition, HR, and Payroll services. This role supports small to medium-scale initiatives that focus on coordination, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement. The Project Manager ensures initiatives are executed effectively, risks are identified early, and stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle. The role may also support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives and act as a subject matter expert (SME) or project team member on client-led projects. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage project charters and project plans for assigned initiatives Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Prepare and deliver project status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as appropriate Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, operational teams, and leadership Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail Review business processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiencies Support the design and implementation of continuous improvement and innovation projects in support of HR BPO delivery operations Assist with temporary projects and ongoing operational initiatives as needed Act as a project team member or subject matter expert (SME) on client‑led projects when required Support adoption of standard project management and delivery best practices across assigned initiatives Minimum 1 year of basic to intermediate project management experience Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Payroll BPO environments Experience supporting process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives Formal project management learning, training, or coursework (e.g., internal training, foundational PM education, or certifications-in-progress) Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic delivery environment Fluency in English Experience supporting HR or Payroll service delivery operations IBM Agile Explorer certification or higher IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification or higher IBM Project Management Best Practices: PMG 136G PMG 137G Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as: Monday.com Mural Experience supporting client‑facing initiatives or participating in client‑led projects Philippines Enterprise Operations Hybrid Professional QUEZON CITY, PH
